11:00 AM – Occasionally our guests may have additional time to spend before catching a flight or making the return trip home. If this is the case, you are welcome to relax in the common areas of the inn after the 11:00 am check out time.

Your reservation must be held with a credit card but you will not be charged until check out. At which time we accept Cash, Check, Travelers Check, AmEx, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards. 

You must call the North Road Inn at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.  When corresponding via email with regards to a cancellation, you must include the original reservation confirmation in your email. No shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the day of arrival may be charged regular rate.

Group reservations may require a three night minimum stay. Number of total rooms may also be limited due to high impact seasonal periods.

No Smoking: A $200 fee will be charged to your card if smoking or excessive damage occurs in your room. 

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. You must call  Cathy at 505-412-0208 during daylight hours for prior permission to bring your pet. There will be a pet charge of $10 per night per pet added to the bill.
